The LOZERE department , the MARGERIDE (wooded massif offering magnificent forests. Perfect for lovers of unspoiled nature) and AUBRAC (vast plateau with wild landscapes. Ideal for hiking and discovering local wildlife) massifs, as well as the proximity of the CANTAL mountains , are today recognized as high places of active tourism. From this point of view, they constitute an increasingly sought-after destination.
These chalets benefit from the 3-star ATOUT FRANCE classification renewed in May 2023. They offer good conviviality without excessive promiscuity thanks to a vast space devoted to pastures and wooded areas of Scots pines and deciduous trees.
Dedicated to leisure accommodation with only 21 chalets on more than 13,000 m², with sheltered swimming pools, terraces and play areas, this village benefits from a site with exceptional panoramic views.
12 Individual Chalets of 35m² plus covered and capped terrace of 14m², or approx. 50m²: Ideal solution for couples or small families. The gîtes with 4 to 6 beds have 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, a shower room, WC and covered terrace.
2 Chalets of 35 m² + Double Terrace 33m² offer more outdoor space to enjoy the natural setting .
6 Semi-detached Chalets 2 by 2 thus offer the pleasure of a double terrace (without the inconvenience of adjoining). Perfect for welcoming groups. The shared terraces encourage conviviality.
This is a "tribe offer" with chalets twinned 2 by 2 by their terraces which allow to double the number of beds to accommodate up to 12 people . Each of the accommodations nevertheless retains its privacy (bedrooms, bathroom, WC...), in the evening.
Our village also hasa chalet adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility and the common areas are fully accessible with the exception of the swimming pool.
The reception building, with its foundation of massive and majestic granite stones, bears witness to its belonging to traditional local architecture.
With documentation on the tourist offer and a large terrace adjoining the swimming pool, the whole constitutes a pleasant place of conviviality.
Just 5 minutes from the A75 . An ideal location combining tranquility and ease of access.
Comfortable accommodation , unspoiled nature and wide open spaces are the most favorable conditions for relaxation.

Accommodation
Chalet 4/12 people
In order to avoid over-confinement , while still being together.
These semi-detached chalets are accommodation created for large families or groups of friends wishing to be together while preserving a level of privacy for each, particularly for the night, each with their own living spaces, each with their own toilet, each with their own bathroom, etc....
These are therefore two chalets close together, not adjoining but joined by the large covered and ceilinged terrace, lit for the night, with 2 garden furniture and movable screen... They offer, thus joined, a capacity of twelve beds (including 4 beds for short stays in the 2-person pull-out sofa beds), in 2 individual accommodations each comprising 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, shower room, separate WC. The whole therefore includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 kitchenettes and 2 WCs, i.e. a potential of 12 beds but, with the screen closed, each can find its individuality, if desired.
The equipment therefore includes 2 kitchenettes (fridge, electric hotplates, microwave oven with grill, electric coffee makers, etc.). TV socket. Telephone network, GSM coverage, free WIFI in each chalet. Covered and capped terraces equipped with garden furniture. Indoor parking. Car access to each chalet for luggage. Pool access included...

The provision of fully equipped chalets for the accommodation of 4 to 12 people.
Access to the swimming pool in season (01/05 to 15/10).
Indoor parking in the village.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Tourist tax (charged according to local taxation in force, currently 0.40 euros/day/adult) and administration fees of 9.00 per chalet.
Outside the period from July 1 to August 31, electricity consumption, billed in addition at the end of the stay, based on the reading taken on the chalet's individual meter.
OPTIONS: Bed linen rental (12 euros per bed), bathroom linen (9 euros per person/change).
Pets (declared at the time of booking) are accepted (with supplement 5 euros/day).
Washing machine (7 kg) 6 euros, dryer 6 euros),
TV rental (5 euros/day, 2 days minimum). Final cleaning (optional, 2x60 euros).

This chalet is recommended for 2 to 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. There are 2 additional beds for short stays (2-person pull-out sofa bed).
It includes a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a 140 cm bed, the other with two separate single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet, 1 kitchenette (fridge, electric hob, microwave with grill, electric coffee maker, etc.).
